Part 2: The Betrayal of Oliver The Curse of Tijjani: An Ancient Nigerian Tale of Love, Loss, and Redemption

The sun was setting on the horizon, and Tijjani was feeling a sense of dread. He had been waiting for hours for Oliver to return from his journey, but there was still no sign of him. Tijjani had sent Oliver to the nearby village to purchase some supplies for the upcoming harvest, and he had expected him to return by nightfall.

But as the hours passed, Tijjani began to worry. He had a feeling that something was wrong. He had sent Oliver off with a large sum of money, and he feared that something had happened to him.

Finally, just as the sun was setting, Tijjani heard the sound of hoofbeats in the distance. He rushed out of his hut to see who was approaching. To his horror, he saw that it was not Oliver, but Amelia, the woman he had been courting.

Amelia had a look of fear on her face, and she was riding a horse that was not her own. She quickly dismounted and ran to Tijjani, telling him that Oliver had betrayed him. He had taken the money and run off with Amelia, leaving Tijjani behind.

Tijjani was devastated. He had trusted Oliver, and he had been betrayed. He had been foolish to think that Oliver would be loyal to him. He had been foolish to think that he could trust anyone.

Tijjani was filled with rage and sorrow. He wanted to find Oliver and make him pay for his betrayal. But he knew that it was too late. Oliver was gone, and Tijjani would never see him again.

The Curse of Tijjani had been set in motion.
