Chapter 6: The Return
The sun was setting on the horizon as the plane descended into Kigali. The city had changed so much since the last time he had been here. The streets were bustling with people and the skyline was filled with tall buildings.
As the plane touched down, he felt a wave of nostalgia wash over him. He had been away for so long, but it felt like he had never left. He was home.
He stepped off the plane and was greeted by a familiar face. It was his old friend, Jean-Paul. They embraced and Jean-Paul welcomed him back to Kigali.
The two of them made their way to the city center. They stopped at a café and ordered a bottle of wine. As they sipped their drinks, they reminisced about the old days.
Jean-Paul asked him about his travels and what he had been up to since he had left. He told him about his adventures and the places he had seen.
After a few hours, the conversation shifted to the future. Jean-Paul asked him what he planned to do now that he was back in Kigali. He told him that he wanted to start a dance studio.
Jean-Paul was surprised, but he was also excited. He offered to help him find a space and get the studio up and running.
The two of them spent the next few weeks searching for the perfect location. Finally, they found a small studio in the heart of the city.
The studio was perfect. It had a large dance floor, mirrors, and a sound system. He was ready to start teaching.
He opened the studio and began offering classes in tango, salsa, and other Latin dances. The classes were a hit and soon the studio was filled with people eager to learn.
He was back in Kigali and the last tango in Kigali was just beginning.
