The three adventurers had finally reached the entrance of the Cave of Wonders. They were all filled with excitement and anticipation as they peered into the darkness.
Suddenly, a voice boomed out from the depths of the cave. “Who dares to enter the Cave of Wonders?”
The three friends looked at each other in surprise. Oluwatobiloba stepped forward and replied, “We are three brave adventurers who seek to discover the secrets of the cave.”
The voice replied, “Very well, but you must first pass my challenge.”
The three friends looked at each other nervously. What kind of challenge would they have to face?
The voice continued, “You must each answer three riddles. If you can answer all three correctly, then you may enter the Cave of Wonders.”
The three friends looked at each other in determination. They knew they had to face this challenge if they wanted to continue their quest.
Oluwatobiloba stepped forward and said, “We accept your challenge.”
The voice then began to ask the first riddle. “What has four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon, and three legs in the evening?”
Tijjani thought for a moment and then answered, “A human!”
The voice replied, “Correct.”
The second riddle was asked. “What has a mouth but cannot speak?”
Adeola thought for a moment and then answered, “A river!”
The voice replied, “Correct.”
The third and final riddle was asked. “What has a head but no body?”
Oluwatobiloba thought for a moment and then answered, “A coin!”
The voice replied, “Correct. You have passed my challenge. You may now enter the Cave of Wonders.”
The three friends were filled with excitement as they stepped into the darkness. They had passed the challenge of the Guardian and were now ready to continue their quest.
