The Oracle's Warning
Oluwatobiloba and Ngozi had been walking for hours, and the sun was beginning to set. They had been searching for the Oracle of Kano, and they were finally close. As they approached the entrance to the Oracle's cave, they could feel a strange energy in the air.
The entrance to the cave was guarded by two large stone statues. Oluwatobiloba and Ngozi stepped forward cautiously, not sure what to expect. Suddenly, a voice boomed out from the darkness.
"Who seeks the wisdom of the Oracle?"
Oluwatobiloba and Ngozi stepped back, startled. They had not expected the Oracle to be so intimidating.
"We seek the Oracle's wisdom," Oluwatobiloba said.
The Oracle stepped out of the shadows, an old man with a long white beard. He looked at them with a stern expression.
"You have come seeking answers, but you must be warned. The path ahead is fraught with danger. If you choose to continue, you must be prepared for whatever may come."
Oluwatobiloba and Ngozi looked at each other, their eyes wide. They had never expected such a warning.
"We understand," Oluwatobiloba said. "We will be prepared."
The Oracle nodded. "Very well. Enter, and I will tell you what I can."
Oluwatobiloba and Ngozi stepped into the cave, their hearts pounding. They had no idea what the Oracle would tell them, but they were determined to find out.
