The Unfortunate Tale Begins
It all started on a sunny day in the small town of Ibadan, Nigeria. Benjamin, James, Tijjani, and Ifeoluwa were four friends who had grown up together and were inseparable. They were all in their late teens and had dreams of one day becoming successful entrepreneurs.
One day, the four friends decided to take a trip to the nearby city of Lagos. They had heard about the bustling city and wanted to experience it for themselves. Little did they know, this would be the start of their unfortunate tale.
When they arrived in Lagos, the four friends were immediately taken aback by the size and energy of the city. Everywhere they looked, there were people hustling and bustling about. They were amazed by the sights and sounds of the city, and decided to explore further.
Unfortunately, their exploration led them to a part of the city that was less than desirable. They were quickly surrounded by a group of thugs who demanded money from them. The four friends had no money to give, so the thugs began to beat them.
The beating was so severe that Benjamin, James, Tijjani, and Ifeoluwa were left with broken bones and bruises all over their bodies. They were lucky to escape with their lives, but the physical and emotional scars of that day would stay with them for the rest of their lives.
The four friends had no choice but to return home to Ibadan. They were all in shock and disbelief at what had happened to them. They had gone from dreaming of a bright future to being scarred for life. This was the start of their unfortunate tale.
