The group of five time-travelers had been walking for hours, and they were beginning to feel tired and hungry. Suddenly, they heard a strange noise coming from the nearby forest. They stopped and looked around, but they couldn't see anything.
Suddenly, a figure emerged from the trees. It was a tall, thin man wearing a long, dark robe. He had a long, white beard and piercing eyes. He seemed to be looking right at them.
The man spoke in a deep, raspy voice. "You are the ones who have come from the future, are you not?"
The group was taken aback. How did this man know they were from the future?
The man continued. "I know much about the future. I can tell you what will happen if you choose to continue on your journey. But first, you must answer my questions."
The group was hesitant, but they agreed to answer the man's questions. He asked them about their lives in the future, their families, and their goals. After they had answered all of his questions, the man smiled.
"You have made a wise decision," he said. "I can tell you that if you continue on your journey, you will find a great treasure. But beware, for there are many dangers along the way."
The group thanked the man for his advice and continued on their journey. They had no idea who the mysterious man was, but they were grateful for his advice. They hoped that his words would prove true and that they would find the treasure they were searching for.
