Part 8: The Unexpected Visitor The Secret of the Haunted Mansion

The next morning, the group of friends decided to explore the mansion further. As they walked through the hallway, they heard a loud thud coming from the library. They cautiously opened the door and were shocked to find a strange man standing in the middle of the room.

He was tall and thin, with a long, white beard and piercing blue eyes. He wore a long, dark robe and a pointed hat. He looked like a wizard from a fairytale.

The man smiled at the group and said, "Greetings, my friends. I am the wizard of this mansion. I have been watching you from afar and I must say, you have been quite brave to explore this place. I have been here for many years, and I know the secrets of this mansion."

The group was in awe. They had never expected to meet a wizard in the haunted mansion. The wizard continued, "I can help you solve the mystery of this mansion, but first, you must answer a few questions. Do you accept my challenge?"

The group nodded in agreement and the wizard began to ask them questions. He asked about the history of the mansion, the strange noises they had heard, and the secrets of the ghosts. After answering all of the wizard's questions, the group finally had the answers they were looking for.

The wizard smiled and said, "You have done well. Now you know the truth about this mansion. You may leave now, but remember, the secrets of this mansion must remain a secret."

The group thanked the wizard and left the mansion, never to return again. They had solved the mystery of the haunted mansion, and they would never forget the unexpected visitor they had encountered.
