Life as an undocumented immigrant was not easy. I had to work hard to make ends meet, and I often had to take on multiple jobs just to survive. I worked long hours, sometimes up to 16 hours a day, just to make enough money to pay my bills and buy food. I was constantly exhausted, but I was determined to make a better life for myself and my family.
I was also constantly worried about being discovered by immigration authorities. I had to be careful to avoid any contact with the police or other government officials. I was always looking over my shoulder, afraid of being caught and deported.
At times, I felt like I was living in a prison, unable to go anywhere or do anything without fear of being discovered. I was constantly stressed and anxious, and I often felt like I was living in a state of limbo, not knowing what the future would bring.
Despite all of this, I was determined to make a better life for myself and my family. I worked hard and saved as much money as I could, and eventually I was able to move out of my small apartment and into a house. I was also able to send money back to my family in Mexico, which was a great source of pride for me.
Although I was still living in the shadows, I was slowly but surely making progress. I was determined to make the most of my life in the United States, and I was determined to make a better future for myself and my family.
